🚚 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday).
Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next working day.

We currently ship all across Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas.

⏱️ Delivery Time

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): 2–4 business days
  • Other Cities / Remote Areas: 3–6 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather, public holidays, or courier delays.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping Fee: Rs. 200–250
  • FREE Shipping on orders above Rs. 3,000

Offering free shipping above a threshold is a proven way to increase order value.

💳 Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

  • Please ensure correct contact details
  • Orders may be confirmed via call/WhatsApp before dispatch

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking ID via SMS or WhatsApp
  • Courier details for real-time tracking

❗ Failed Delivery / Reattempts

  • If delivery fails, the courier will attempt 1–2 re-deliveries
  • If unsuccessful, the order may be cancelled

🔄 Returns & Exchanges (Beauty Products)

Due to hygiene reasons:

  • No returns on opened/used products
  • Exchanges only allowed if:
    • Product is damaged
    • Wrong item delivered

You must contact us within 24–48 hours with proof (images/video).
